Small Group Training

TRX® Suspension Training

This 50-minute class utilizes the TRX® Suspension Trainer to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, power, mobility and overall performance. It will strengthen your core like no other workout you've ever done.

Prerequisite:
Intro to TRX® Suspension Training or previous experience with the Suspension Trainer.

TRX® Rip Training

This 50-minute class will quickly raise your heart rate while challenging you to resist rotational forces and work one side of your body at a time. Your body will benefit because you'll be able to protect yourself against many injuries that result from participation in sports and daily activities that require rotational strength.

Sticks & Straps

This 50-minute workout combines both the TRX® Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer. The change in resistance will keep your body guessing and while giving you a total-body experience you won't find anywhere else.

Prerequisite:
Intro to TRX® Suspension Training or previous experience with the Suspension Trainer.

TRX® Flow

TRX® Flow is a yoga-inspired workout combined with the stability provided by the TRX® Suspension Trainer. You'll release stress, relieve pain, and feel revitalized after just one session.

Get It Boot Camp

Get It Boot Camp is a fast-moving, team-inspired workout that challenges you mentally and physically. You'll be motivated to dig deep and push past your self-imposed limitations while staying safe and avoiding injury.

Get It Circuit

This 50-minute workout uses a variety of fitness tools to keep you on your toes and raise your heart rate as you move from station to station every 60 seconds. The time will fly by as your heart rate rises and you burn a ton of calories.

Intro to TRX® Suspension Training

Learn how to use the TRX Suspension Trainer to improve your fitness level. This course is a prerequisite for the TRX® Suspension and Sticks & Straps sessions.
